Restore your home and peace of mind
First, we want to acknowledge the loss and disruption caused by the 2025 Pacific Palisades fires.
Rebuilding after a fire is not just a construction project - it's a deeply personal process. Our goal is to make that journey as clear, respectful, and stress-free as possible while helping you restore your home and peace of mind.
Who We Are
We are a collaboration of licensed, insured General Contracting firms with experience in fire rebuilds, major renovations, and code-compliant construction in coastal and hillside communities.
We understand the unique challenges involved in rebuilding in Pacific Palisades, including strict zoning requirements, LADBS coordination, coastal and hillside regulations, and evolving fire-resiliency standards.
Our Fire Rebuild Approach
We provide full-service fire rebuild management, from initial assessment through final inspection:

The Homzz.com and 4C Collaboration
The collaboration between Homzz.com and 4C supply a kit-of-parts for virtually any type of building that delivers the structure and exterior envelope. The kit is comprised of three distinct product families, a panelized wall system that integrates LGS framing, insulation, fire-rated sheathing, and WRB into a single, high-performance building component, interior prefabricated steel wall panels, and prefabricated roof and floor framing components.
4C also provides design and installation services associated with our system.

SAFE Panels
Structurally Capable,
Architecturally Flexible,
Fire-Resistant,
Energy-Efficient

Prefabricated, fire-rated, non-combustible exterior structural wall panel. These panels offer R-values suitable for all climate zones and come factory-assembled for quick and easy installation of MEP systems and traditional interior and exterior finishes on-site.
Cheaper – Cost savings extend beyond the hard costs to time, labor, waste, and overall project efficiency.
Faster – Precut, precise kits reduce assembly time, errors, and rework.
Better – Higher R-value (24+10 ci), airtight, durable, and low-carbon footprint.

✓ open web trusses / joists

✓ 1/8″ tolerance

✓ precut & prefabricated
Roof / Floor system
Prefabricated steel trusses or joists specific to each design, slope, and span along with all associated hardware and consumables.

Cost-Effective – Competitive pricing with higher performance.
Precise – 1/8” tolerance prefab steel trusses or joists to fit any span & design.
Efficient – Open-web trusses & 24” OC minimize material and waste and allow for seamless MEP design and rough-in.
Faster – Precut and prefabricated components reduce time and errors.

✓ STC 52+

✓ rated assemblies
Prefabricated interior walls
Prefabricated Lightweight steel wall panels with exceptional fire resistant properties. The panels use Sound-Guard studs that provide exceptional acoustic performance and easy rough-in of traditional MEP systems.

Precise – 1/8” tolerance prefab frames ensure accuracy.
Efficient – No site waste, recycled steel, and integrated MEP gap for faster rough-ins.

Superior Performance – STC 52+ sound rating, 1 & 2-hour fire-rated assemblies.
Faster – Precut and prefabricated components reduce time and errors. Seamless MEP design and rough-in.
Real Impact Through the Triple Bottom Line
PEOPLE
PROFIT
PLANET
We view sustainability as more than just a feature - it’s embedded in how we design, build, and deliver.
Guided by the Triple Bottom Line framework (People, Planet, Profit), we focus on creating buildings that deliver measurable value to communities, clients, and the environment without falling into vague claims or greenwashing.
‘Environmental Responsibility That Goes Beyond Code’
-
Near-Zero On-Site Waste
Our prefabrication approach reduces jobsite waste to nearly zero. Because panels are precision-built in a controlled factory setting, there’s minimal material overage, which significantly reduces landfill contributions. According to the U.S. EPA, construction and demolition waste accounts for more than 500 million tons annually. Prefab is a proven path to shrinking that number.
-
Reduced Carbon Footprint
-
Operational: Our wall systems exceed California Title 24 energy code and meet all climate zone requirements, minimizing energy demand over a building’s life. This contributes to long-term emissions reduction and utility savings.
-
Embodied: We use recycled light-gauge steel and GreenCircle Certified sheet goods. Factory-based production means less transport, less waste, and fewer carbon-intensive site operations. This directly lowers embodied carbon compared to traditional stick-built methods.
-
-
Backed by Data: Studies such as “Carbon Emissions of Prefabricated Construction” (University of Cambridge, 2020) show up to 45% reduction in embodied carbon for factory-built components.
