The collaboration between Homzz.com and 4C supply a kit-of-parts for virtually any type of building that delivers the structure and exterior envelope. The kit is comprised of three distinct product families, a panelized wall system that integrates LGS framing, insulation, fire-rated sheathing, and WRB into a single, high-performance building component, interior prefabricated steel wall panels, and prefabricated roof and floor framing components.

4C also provides design and installation services associated with our system.

  • Near-Zero On-Site Waste
    Our prefabrication approach reduces jobsite waste to nearly zero. Because panels are precision-built in a controlled factory setting, there’s minimal material overage, which significantly reduces landfill contributions. According to the U.S. EPA, construction and demolition waste accounts for more than 500 million tons annually. Prefab is a proven path to shrinking that number.

     

  • Reduced Carbon Footprint

    • Operational: Our wall systems exceed California Title 24 energy code and meet all climate zone requirements, minimizing energy demand over a building’s life. This contributes to long-term emissions reduction and utility savings.

    • Embodied: We use recycled light-gauge steel and GreenCircle Certified sheet goods. Factory-based production means less transport, less waste, and fewer carbon-intensive site operations. This directly lowers embodied carbon compared to traditional stick-built methods.
