Step 1
On site Consultation
We'll begin by visiting your property to understand your remodeling vision and evaluate the area you'd like to transform.

Step 2
Design & Estimate
Based on our discussions, we will develop several design options for you to review. Once you select a final design, we will provide a detailed cost estimate.

Step 3
Permits processing
Once the Letter of Intent is signed, we will proceed with submitting the necessary permit applications to the City Office. We will also coordinate and schedule all required inspections with the City Inspector.

Step 4
Construction
At this stage, the remodeling work will commence. Your project manager will provide regular updates on key milestones and will reach out to gather your input as needed throughout the process.

Step 5
Completion
Once everything has been thoroughly reviewed, the city office will schedule the final inspection. After receiving the Certificate of Occupancy, all that's left is for you to sign our release form, and you'll be ready to enjoy your beautiful new property!
